Information You Enter

Pickup name — Required when completing pickup details. It is used to identify the pickup record created inside the app. The pickup name is stored on the device and remains there until you remove the relevant app data, clear app data, clear application storage through Android settings, or uninstall the app. It is not transmitted to EAT WILLOW LLC or to an external server by this version of the app.

Phone number — Required when completing pickup details. It is stored with the pickup record and as saved pickup contact information on the device. It remains until the relevant data is cleared or the app is uninstalled. It is not transmitted externally by this version of the app.

Pickup time — Required for the pickup planner. The selected value, such as ASAP or another available time option, is stored with a completed pickup record on the device. It is not transmitted externally by this version of the app.

Special instructions — Optional. If you enter instructions, they are stored with the completed pickup record on the device. They are not transmitted externally by this version of the app.

Food, Bag and Activity Information

The app handles selected food items, selected sizes, selected extras, quantities and estimated totals so it can build the bag and create pickup records. These details are stored on the device when needed for bag contents and pickup history.

Favourites are stored on the device so selected items can appear in the Favourites screen. Recently viewed item identifiers are stored on the device so the app can maintain recent activity. These records remain until removed using available app controls, app data is cleared, or the app is uninstalled.

Preferences

The reduce-motion preference is stored on the device so EAT WILLOW can use shorter and simpler transitions and loading motion when requested. This preference remains until changed, app data is cleared, or the app is uninstalled.

Storage and Transmission

This version of EAT WILLOW uses on-device application storage for favourites, recently viewed items, bag contents, pickup records, saved pickup contact details and the reduce-motion preference. Pickup details created in the app are not transmitted to EAT WILLOW LLC, a restaurant system, a remote database or another external server.

The app does not use a backend server, cloud database, Firebase service, authentication system, user accounts, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, remote configuration service or payment gateway.

Payments and Sensitive Information

EAT WILLOW does not collect or store full card numbers, CVV or CVC security codes, card PINs, online-banking credentials, passwords or raw payment credentials. The implemented pickup-planning flow does not provide a payment gateway.

Device Permissions and Features

The app does not request precise or approximate location access. It does not request camera access, microphone access or media-library access.

The app can open an installed email application when you choose the email action in Contact Us. In that case, the external email application handles the email interaction. EAT WILLOW does not use that action to submit pickup details.

The app can also open an installed web browser when you choose the website action in Contact Us. The external browser then handles that web session.

Data Sharing

Because the implemented pickup information remains on the device and there is no backend transmission in this version, the app does not share pickup details, favourites, recent items or pickup history with EAT WILLOW LLC, advertising networks, analytics providers or external data processors through an implemented app service.

Retention and Deletion

Pickup records, favourites, recently viewed items, bag data, saved pickup contact details and preferences remain on the device until the relevant records are removed, Clear App Data is used in Settings, application storage is cleared through Android settings, or the app is uninstalled.

Security

The app uses Android's application storage for the information described above. No software or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information in optional fields.

Children's Privacy

EAT WILLOW is a general food-browsing and pickup-planning application and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children through a remote service. This version does not transmit pickup information to a server.

Your Choices

You can remove individual pickup-history records, clear pickup history, change the reduce-motion preference, remove favourites, remove bag items, or use Clear App Data in Settings. You can also clear the application's storage in Android settings or uninstall the app to remove retained on-device information.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the application's functionality or data handling changes. The effective date will be updated when a revised policy is provided.
